Responsibility
In 1Court Pro Am, The Accountables are the people who don’t just love the game—they carry it. Responsibility means owning your role in building a safe, fair, high-standard co-ed league where men and women compete as equals. It’s showing up prepared, respecting time and commitments, controlling emotions, and understanding that your choices shape the culture—one possession, one conversation, one decision at a time.
Responsibility embodies: reliability (show up, be on time, follow through), accountability (admit mistakes fast and correct them), discipline (train, listen, execute, no excuses), respectful conduct (no taunting, bullying, reckless contact, or ego-driven behavior), equity (same expectations and consequences for everyone), and stewardship (protect the integrity of the run, the refs, the staff, and the community mission). The Accountables don’t wait to be told—they lead by example, hold teammates to the standard, and prove that in 1Court, character is part of the contract. 👑
